Golf clubs get old, worn, chipped, dinged, dented or snapped. What do you expect? This is a stick with steel attached to it and swung by mighty and often angry bogey hounds. Eventually, it will need repair.

Re-Shafting - If you have a broken shaft, and your club is more than 2-3 years old, strongly consider getting a new club. Reshafting will cost a minimum of $100.
Lengthening/Shortening - Did you buy a set that is too long for you on ebay? Cutting them down is easy and inexpensive. Lengthening them takes longer and will cost you more.
Refinishing - If your club head is scraped up, you can have it resurfaced. However, this is not cheap and you should strongly consider just buying a new club.
